摘  要:针对一种U型同步磁阻电机进行有限元分析,分析电机转子肋宽,气隙,底层空气层位置,d轴方向空气层厚度,空气层数,空气层厚度与磁钢厚度比对L_d,L_q的影响,并对转子结构进行优化。为了进一步提高电磁转矩和功率因数,在转子空气层中添加合适的永磁体,并分析其种类、添加量、位置等因素对交直轴电感、转矩、空载永磁磁链的影响。最后将几种优化之后的电机进行性能对比分析。An U-shaped synchronous reluctance motor (SynRM) proposed was simulated using Ansoft/Maxwell. The finite element method (FEM) was applied to analyze the effect of SynRM rib thickness, air-gap, the bottom position of bartier, d axis barrier thickness, the number of barriers, the ratio of barrier-to-segment thickness on Ld ,Lq. In order to improve the electromagnetic torque and power factor, proper magnets into the rotor air layer was added, and the influence of addition, location and other factors to Ld,Lq ,lectromagnetic torque and no-load magnetic flux were analyzed. Finally, the characteristics of optimal models were compared with each other.
