摘  要:齿谐波励磁的混合励磁发电机是一种新型的永磁同步发电机,该电机解决了普通永磁同步发电机气隙磁场难以调节的问题。从发电机运行效率、材料用量,以及气隙磁场调节能力等3方面与普通永磁同步发电机进行了详细比较与分析。以额定参数和主要结构尺寸相同的2台永磁同步发电机为例,进行了定量计算与分析。结果表明:齿谐波励磁的混合励磁发电机效率略有降低,但永磁材料的用量较少,且具有较宽范围的气隙磁场调节能力,可保持发电机端电压恒定。Hybrid excitation generator excited by tooth harmonic is a new type of permanent magnet synchronous generator(PMSG), which has solved the problem of the adjustment of the air-gap magnetic field. Compared to conventional PMSG, detailed comparison and analysis have been carried out on the operational efficiency, materials and ability to adjust air-gap magnetic field. Calculation and analysis were conducted based on two generators which rate parameters and primary dimensions were similar. The results show that the efficiency of the new PMSG was slightly lower, but the cost of magnet materials were reduced and air-gap magnetic field could be regulated in a wide range, which can keep the generator voltage constant.
