摘 要:针对两自由度直驱感应电机直线部分定子分布绕组端部过长、所占空间较大、直线部分定子扇形弧度过小,将直线部分绕组由分布绕组优化为集中绕组,在保持功率、尺寸、槽型等电机参数不变的前提下,将直线部分的分部绕组改为集中绕组,分别建立有限元模型,对比分析优化前后电机性能。结果表明集中绕组缩短了绕组端部,增大了有效铁心的长度,从而减小定子电流,提高了电机稳定性。According to the longer end-windings, more space need and little arc stator on linear part distributed wind- ing of 2-degree-of-freedom direct drive induction motor, optimizing the distributed winding of linear part to concentrated winding, on the same parameters of power, size and groove profile, replace distributed winding of the linear motor by concentrated winding. Several finite element models were established, the performance of the motor were analyzed and compared. The results show that concentrated winding shortens the end-winding, increases the effective length of the core, decreases the stator current and enhances the stability of the motor.
