单相电容运转电机负序磁场对Ansoft计算准确性的影响

摘  要:对于电容运转单相异步电机,通过调节旋转磁场中的负序磁场分量可以改变电机的运行性能。使用有限元软件分析电机时,有时会出现参数计算值与试验值相差很大的现象。通过对比不同功率样机的负序旋转磁场分量对样机性能参数的影响,发现降低负序磁场分量比能有效减少Ansoft软件计算值偏差。试验结果表明,将电机负序磁场分量比限制在0.3以内时,电机的仿真计算结果较为准确。The running performance of the motor can be changed by adjusting the negative sequence magnetic field component in the rotating magnetic field of capacitor single-phase motors. Sometimes the calculated values of the parameters were very different from the experimental ones when the finite element software was used to analyze motors. The influence of negative sequence rotating magnetic field of different motors on the performance parameters was compared, and the deviation of the calculated value of the Ansoft software was reduced effectively by reducing the negative sequence magnetic field. Test results show that the simulation results of motors are more accurate when the ratio of negative sequence magnetic field is less than 0.3.
