摘 要:为降低永磁同步电机的齿槽转矩,采用磁极偏移的方式对电机进行优化分析。借助于Maxwell 2D有限元软件对磁极偏移进行参数化扫描分析,找出使齿槽转矩幅值最小的偏移角度。为了减小永磁电机的转动惯量,便于电机控制时提高动态响应能力,在转子上凿孔并开槽,研究了凿孔开槽后对电机空载气隙磁密、齿槽转矩和电磁转矩的影响。最后通过分析样机测试与有限元仿真结果,验证了该方法的有效性,为永磁同步电机转子结构优化设计提供了一定的工程参考价值。To reduce the cogging torque in permanent magnet synchronous motor, magnet shifting was used to optimize analysis. Maxwell 2D finite element software was used by magnetic pole shift parameterized scan analysised to identify the magnitude of cogging torque so that the minimum angular deviation. In order to reduced the moment of inertia permanent magnet motor, while improving dynamic response capability for improved motor control, perforated and grooved on the rotor, after punctured slotting the motor no-load air gap flux density was studied, cogging torque and electromagnetic torque of motor. Through the analysis of prototype testing and finite element simulation resuhs demonstrate the effectiveness of this method for optimal design of permanent magnet synchronous motor rotor structure provides some engineering reference value.
