摘　　要：运用文献资料和逻辑分析等方法,就体育对外关系学科创建的问题进行研究和讨论。研究认为:随着全球一体化进程的加快和国际体育交往的频繁,体育已经成功地走向了处理国际关系问题的前台,并不断扮演和发挥着重要的角色作用。因此,构建一门新的体育对外关系学科,符合时代要求并具备初步的条件。本研究主要就学科创建的名称和研究对象,学科的性质和构建的基础与特点,以及研究体育对外关系学的意义和要求等,进行了初步探讨。This paper discusses the establishment of the discipline of Foreign Relations in Sports. With the speeding up of global integration and frequent international exchanges in sports,sports have come to the forefront of international relations,playing an important role. And this provides initial conditions for a new discipline of Foreign Relations in Sports,the initiation of which meets the needs of the time. The paper mainly deals with the name of the discipline and its research object,its nature,its foundation and characteristics,the significance and requirements of research on foreign relations in sports.
