对地方医学院校创新创业教育的思考

摘　　要：在创新创业教育已成为国家战略的时代背景下,为提高医学教育质量,促进医学毕业生就业,服务区域经济社会发展,针对目标理念定位不准确,导致地方医学院校创新创业教育所存在的问题,建议地方医学院校应将搞好创新创业教育作为全面深化医学教育改革的总抓手,从更新教育理念、营造良好教育环境、完善课程内容设置、融合专业教育和改革课堂教学模式等,达到全面提升教学效果、整合教育资源、强化实践教学的改革,不断完善创新创业教育。In the era when innovation and entrepreneurship education has become a national strategy, in order to improve the medical education quality, promote medical graduates＇ employment, serve re gional economic and social development, aiming at problems existing in the innovation and entrepre- neurship education in local medical colleges and universities, which are due to the inaccurate positio- ning of the target concept making it difficult to reflect the essential requirements of education, medical colleges and universities should take innovation and entrepreneurship education as the starting point to comprehensively deepen the reform of medical education, to reform and perfect innovation and entre preneurship education from the following aspects as renewing education idea to create a good educa- tional environment, improving the curriculum content set to integrate professional education, refor- ming classroom teaching mode to improve teaching effect, integrating educational resources to strengthen practice teaching.
