摘  要:主氦风机电机转子铁心端部应力强度应满足要求,以确保高温气冷堆的安全运行。采用有限元分析方法对主氦风机电机转子端部铜条、端环和护环结构进行强度分析计算,根据高转速下铜条和端环的应力大小对护环结构和热套紧量进行优化,使铜条、端环和护环的应力均小于材料的许用应力。Rotor core ends of primary helium circulator motor should meet requirements of stress intensity to ensure security operation of high-temperature gas-cooled reactor. Intensity of end copper bar, end ring and guard ring of the motor rotor are analyzed and calculated by finite- element method. Based on stress results of copper bars and end ring of motor at high rotating speed ,the design structure and shrink fit parameter of guard ring are optimized to make the stresses of copper bar, end ring and guard ring lower than allowable limits of their materials.
