摘　　要：增安型电机作为化工场所常用防爆电机,其安全性对企业来说非常重要,通过分析GB 3836.3—2010对增安型电机潜在气隙火花危险的评定要求、定子绝缘系统的试验要求、定子绕组放电危险评定,提出增安型电机启动前防护措施,并对防护措施进行对比,说明自动吹扫装置的先进性,结合案例论述增安型电机增加起动前预吹扫装置的必要性。As the commonly-used explosion-proof motor in chemical industry, security of increased-safety motor is very important to an enterprise. Through analyzing regulations of increased-safety motor in GB3836.3-2010 such as the assessment requirements of potential risk of air-gap spark, the test requirements of stator insulation system and the assessment requirements of electric discharge risk of stator windings, this paper puts forward protective measures of increased-safety motor before starting. Through comparing these protective measures, the advanta- ges of automatic purging device are given. Combining with the case, this paper expounds neces- sity of providing pre-purging device for increased-safety motor before starting.
