摘 要:目的研究安徽几种香茶菜属植物叶表面的毛茸和气孔的显微特征差异。方法应用表面制片法对4种香茶菜属植物香茶菜、歧伞香茶菜、大萼香茶菜、显脉香茶菜的叶表面特征进行显微观察。结果 4种香茶菜属植物叶表面特征有显著差异:香茶菜具有长短两种腺毛,歧伞香茶菜和大萼香茶菜仅具短腺毛,显脉香茶菜仅具长腺毛且腺头较大;歧伞香茶菜的非腺毛最长,细胞数最多;大萼香茶菜气孔密度高且较大。结论可从叶表面毛茸和气孔的特征鉴别4种香茶菜。Objective To investigate the differences in the microscopic characteristics of glandular hairs and stomata on leaf surface between several Rabdosia plants in Anhui, China. Methods The routine slide processing method was applied for the microscopic observation of leaf surface characteristics of 4 Rabdosia plants, Rabdosia amethystoides (Benth.) Hara, Rabdosia macrophylla (Migo) C. Y. Wu et H. W. Li, Rabdosia macrocalyx (Dunn) Hara, and Rabdosia nervosa. Results These four Rabdosia plants had significant differences in leaf surface characteristics. Rabdosia amethystoides (Benth.) Hara had both long and short glandular hairs, Rabdosia macrophylla (Migo) C. Y. Wu et H. W. Li and Rabdosia macrocalyx (Dunn) Hara only had short glandular hairs, and Rabdosia nervosa only had long glandular hairs and large glandular heads. Rabdosia macrophylla (Migo) C. Y. Wu et H. W. Li had the longest non-glandular hairs and the largest number of cells. Rabdosia macrocalyx (Dunn) Hara had a high stomatal density and relatively large stomata. Conclusion The characteristics of hairs and stomata on leaf surface can be used for the identification of these 4 Rabdosia plants.
