摘  要:以药用植物夏枯草幼苗为研究对象,采用低(CK)、中(UV-B+)、高(UV-B++)不同强度UV-B辐射对材料进行处理,设置自然光照为对照,于处理后0~60 d进行测定,探究增强UV-B辐射对夏枯草幼苗不同发育期9种主要有效成分及有关生理指标的影响。分析结果显示,类胡萝卜素在不同强度UV-B辐射下含量有显著增加,处理后期(≥40 d)增强UV-B辐射使花青素含量增加,不同强度UV-B辐射下的抗氧化酶活力均有显著增加。UV-B辐射可促进夏枯草中金丝桃苷含量积累、其他有机酸及黄酮类各成分在一定时间内对UV-B辐射有含量增加的响应,低强度UV-B辐射于处理后期(≥50 d)可显著提升三萜类成分的含量。由此可见,夏枯草幼苗对外界UV-B辐射增强可产生适应与防御机制,适度增强UV-B辐射可促进药用成分的积累。Using the Prunella vulgaris L. seedlings as the research object, with CK, UV-B + , UV-B + + degree of different UV-B radiation on materials for processing, set the natural light to contrast, determined after treatment in 0 - 60 d, explore the effects of enhanced UV-B radiation on the Prunella vulgaris L. seedlings of 9 kinds of the influenced the main effective components and related physiological indexes. The analysis results showed that the carotenoids content under different intensity of UV-B radiation has increased significantly, enhanced UV-B radiation in late processing ( ≥40 d) make anthocyanin content increases, antioxidant enzymes activity under different intensity of UV-B radiation were increased; UV-B radiation can promote accumulation of hyperoside content in Prunella vulgaris L. , other phenolic acids and flavonoids of each component in a certain time of UV-B radiation levels had increased response, low intensity UV-B radiation in the late processing ( ≥50 d) can significantly improve the content of triterpene composition. Thus, Prunella vulgaris L seedlings can produce the adaptive and defense mechanism in enhanced UV-B radiation, moderately enhanced UV B radiation can promote the accumulation of medicinal ingredients.
