炙甘草汤含药血清对兔离体膀胱平滑肌的作用

摘　　要：目的观察炙甘草汤含药血清对正常家兔离体膀胱平滑肌运动的影响,探讨其作用机制。方法运用Powerlab生物信号系统记录家兔离体膀胱平滑肌标本的活动,观察不同浓度组炙甘草汤含药血清对膀胱平滑肌收缩强度、收缩频率和活动力的影响。结果与空白对照组比较,空白血清和炙甘草汤含药血清各浓度组均可以不同程度增加膀胱平滑肌收缩强度低浓度血清组P<0.01,空白血清、中浓度和高浓度血清组(P<0.05),但含药血清组与空白血清组比较无统计学意义。与空白对照组比较,低浓度血清组可增加膀胱平滑肌收缩频率(P<0.01),与空白血清组比较无统计学意义。低浓度血清组与空白血清组比较,可增加膀胱平滑肌活动力(P<0.05)。在低浓度血清组基础上应用阻断剂,维拉帕米可以降低膀胱平滑肌收缩强度(P<0.05),阿托品可以降低膀胱平滑肌收缩频率(P<0.01),且均可降低膀胱活动力(P<0.05)。结论炙甘草汤含药血清可以增强膀胱平滑肌活动力,该作用通过钙通道、M受体起作用。Objective： To observe the effect of Zhigancao smooth muscle in normal rabbits and to explore its mechanism. Decoction containing serum on the movement of bladder Methods ： The activity of bladder smooth muscle in rab- bits was recorded by using Powerlab biological signal system. The effects of different concentrations of Zhigancao De- coction on contraction intensity, the contraction frequency and activity of bladder smooth muscle were observed. Re- suhs： Compared with the blank control group, the blank serum group and groups of different concentration of Zhigan cao Decoction containing serum could increase the contraction intensity of the bladder smooth muscle （ the low concen- tration serum group, P 〈0.01, the blank serum, medium concentration and high concentration serum groups, P 〈 0. 05 ）, but there was no significant difference between the drug serum group and the blank serum group. Compared with the blank control group, the low concentration serum smooth muscle （ P 〈 0.01 ）. In the low concentration group could increase the contraction frequency of the bladder could reduce the contraction intensity of bladder smooth tion frequency of bladder smooth muscle （ P 〈 0.01 ） serum group based on the application of blockers, verapamil muscle （P 〈 0.05 ） and atropine could decrease the contrac- and also decrease the activity of bladder （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Zhigancao Decoction containing serum can promote the activity of bladder smooth muscle, which can act through calcium channel and M receptor.
