摘　　要：在对张家口民营经济现状、地位、贡献及存在问题进行分析的基础上,就张家口民营经济的发展,提出优化发展环境,推进民营经济发展方式转变,加速产业聚集、产业提升,实行科学管理,注重人才引进和培养等建议。Based on the analysis of the current situation, position, contribution and problems of Zhangjiakou private economy, this study puts forward proposals for the optimization of development environment, the promotion of the transformation of the economic development mode, the acceleration of industrial aggregation, the scientific management, and the talent introduction.
