摘　　要：为提高作战指挥效能评估的合理性和准确性,分析了现代战争中作战指挥活动内涵,探索作战指挥效能评估内容构成要素,构建准确反映作战指挥效能水平的评估指标体系,设计了基于灰色层次分析法的评估模型及其求解算法,运用实际算例验证作战指挥效能评估模型的合理性以及评估方法的有效性。In order to improve the rationality and accuracy of the evaluation of battle command efficiency, we analyzed the connotation of battle command activity comprehensively and explored the main factors of battle command efficiency as a starting point. We built a comprehensive index system to reflect the overall quality of battle command efficiency and proposed an evaluation model based on grey analytic hierarchy process. Finally, we demonstrated the validity of the index system and the evaluation method by an example.
