摘  要:由于偏远地区自然天气情况比较恶劣,风力发电机的制动装置尤为重要,提出了电磁制动功率控制装置在小型离网式风力发电机的应用。介绍了电磁制动装置的基本工作原理,根据5 k W小型风力发电机的结构尺寸和工作特性,设计了与其匹配的电磁制装置三维模型,根据内蒙古蓝旗的风资源概况对制动装置的安全性和经济性进行分析。The braking device of wind turbine is particularly important due to poor natural weather conditions in remote areas. This paper introduced the application of the electromagnetic braking power control device in small off-grid wind turbine and the basic working principle of the electromagnetic braking device. According to the result's size of 5 kW small wind turbine and its working characteristics, this paper designed the 3D model matching electromagnetic brake device, and analyzed the safety and economical performances of the braking device according to the general situation of the wind resource of the Zhenglan Banner of Inner Mongolia.
