摘　　要：医疗卫生是安全的高风险行业，随着我国医疗卫生体制改革的不断推进，积极开展医院安全文化建设对保障医疗卫生事业的健康发展具有重要意义。笔者所在的医院以JCI认证为契机，根据JCI标准，把患者安全目标作为落脚点，在构建JCI视角下的医院安全文化方面进行了探索和实践，并取得了良好实效。Healthcare is a high risk profession. With the deepening of heahhcare reform, it is of for the development of heahhcare undertaking to carry out safety culture construction. The hospital working took the opportunity of JCI accreditation to explore the construction of hospital safety culture JCI standards, and has gotten preferable achievements. significant meaning where the authors from perspective of JCI standards, and has gotten preferable achievements.
