医院管理干部数字化能力培养的思考

摘　　要：随着我国医疗卫生改革“十三五”建设的逐步深入，医疗行业的IT应用、信息化建设逐步由自动化办公、电子病历，发展到HIS系统、EMR系统等建设，数字化医院建设成为医疗卫生现代化发展的重要标志。本文就目前医院管理队伍数字化能力的培训体制做了论述，在认识数字化医院建设内涵、分析目前医院管理干部数字化能力建设中存在的问题，并且对制订具有特色的医院管理人才的数字化培养计划提出一些思考。With the deepening of China＇s health care reform, the informatization construction of medical industry gradu- ally develops from office automation, electronic medical records to HIS system, EMR system, etc. Digital construction in hospital becomes an important symbol of modernization of medical development. In this paper, the current digital applica- tion ability training system of hospital management team was discussed, and put forward some ideas on construction of digital hospital, existing problems of the current hospital management team in the digital ability application and how to make plan on digital application ability training system of hospital management team.
