摘 要:神经外科收治的患者中急、危、重患者多,患者往往发病急,病情变化快,病死率、致残率高,容易发生医疗纠纷。其中医患沟通不良是引发医疗纠纷的重要原因之一。良好的医患沟通能够减少医疗纠纷的发生,构建和谐的医患关系。本文就医疗过程中常见的影响医患沟通的因素进行了分析,并探讨了有效医患沟通的方法,如通过提高医生自身综合素质和合理应用沟通技巧等,旨在为构建和谐医患关系积累经验。Most of patients of neurosurgery are in a critical, dangerous situation. The disease of such patients is usually in an urgent incidence, high in death rate and disability rate, which tend to cause medical disputes. The poor com- munication between doctors and patients is one of the reasons that result in medical disputes. Therefore, the good doc- tor-patient communication can reduce the occurrence of medical disputes and build up a harmonious doctor-patient rela- tionship. This paper analyzes the common factors, which have impacts on the doctor-patient communication in the process of medical treatment, and also explores methods to make the doctor-patient communication more effective, such as the im- provement of doctors' comprehensive quality and the reasonable application of communicative skills. The paper aims to accumulate experience on establishing a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
