摘　　要：医院志愿服务工作是优化医疗服务模式、提升医疗服务能力的重要途径。本文以某三甲医院为例，论述了医院目前所开展的服务内容与所取得的初步成效，在此基础上分析了存在的问题并提出所需要转变的观点，最后提出对策和建议。Hospital volunteer service is an important way to optimize medical service mode and improve medical service ability. This paper, taking a third grade hospital as an example, discusses the service that the hospital currently carried out and its preliminary effect. And based on it, the author analyzes the existing problems and put forward the need to change the view, and finally puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions.
