专科特色中医护理在综合医院的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的扩大中医护理在综合医院的应用范围，提高护士中医护理技能和患者对中医护理的认可度。方法选取2014年1月-2016年1月30个临床护理单元100名护理人员及100名住院患者作为调查研究对象，将其随机分成对照组和研究组，每组各50例，对照组采用常规护理方法，研究组采用常规护理和专科特色中医护理方法，两组分别观察护理人员对中医护理基础知识和专科中医护理技能认知程度，患者对中医护理技术服务满意度、中医护理服务认可度。结果研究组护理人员对中医知识认知度提高10．0％，患者对中医护理服务满意度提高5．6％，对中医护理服务认可度提高72％。（P〈0．05）。结论在综合医院开展专科特色中医护理，能够有效提高护理人员中医知识认知程度，提高患者中医护理服务满意度，提高综合医院中医诊疗率，值的在综合医院推广应用。Objective To expand the application range of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） nursing in general hospital, to improve nurses＇ skills and patients＇ cognition of TCM nursing. Methods Totally 100 nurses and 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups in clinical units from January 2014 to January 2016 as study object. Each group had 50 patients. Conventional nursing service was used in control group, while the patients in the experimental group received specialized TCM nursing, to observe respectively nurses basic knowledge of TCM nursing and cognitive degree of TCM nursing skills, and patients＇ satisfaction to TCM nursing skills and cognitive degree of TCM nursing service Results In the experimental group, Nurses＇ cognitive degree of TCM knowledge increased by 10.0%, and patients＇ sat- isfaction to TCM nursing service increased by 5.6%, and （p〈O.05）. Conclusion To carry out the specialized TCM cognitive degree of TCM knowledge, and improve patients TCM consultation and treatment in general hospital, which the approval of TCM nursing services increased by 72%. nursing in general hospital can effectively improve nurses satisfaction to TCM nursing service, and improve the rate of is valuable for further application in general hospital
