摘　　要：作为东北振兴的先行者与核心区,沈阳经济区在产业振兴与区域发展方面的探索极具标本性与理论价值。从沈阳经济区特有的制度环境与发展现实出发,采用新结构经济学的研究视角,运用区域经济发展理论,对沈阳经济区工业化与城镇化互动发展现状、阻碍因素、演化路径加以分析,并以此为基础,有针对性地提出推动区域经济发展的政策建议。As a forerunner and the core area of revitalization of the Northeast of China, the exploration of Shenyang Economic Zone on industry revitalization and regional development has typical？value and theoretical value. Starting from the particular institutional environment and the development reality of Shenyang Economic Zone, adopting of new structural economics research perspectives, using the theory of regional economic development, this article analyzed the current situation, obstacle factors and the evolution path of interactive development of industrialization and urbanization in Shenyang Economic Zone. And on this basis, put forward policy recommendations to promote the development of regional economy.
