摘 要:目的通过对医患双方进行调查,找到引发医患矛盾与纠纷的诱因。方法对沈阳市3所三甲医院的医务人员及患者进行随机抽样调查分析。结果医患双方在医疗服务、权利义务及卫生法律等方面存在认知差异。结论产生医患矛盾、纠纷的主要因素是医患双方认知有差异,因此,应该采取一定的举措进行调整和预防。Objective To find out the cause of doctor-patient contradictions and disputesbyinvestigating doctors and patients. Methods The medical staff and patients in 3 Class One of Grade Three hospitals of Shenyang City were ran-domly sampled and investigated and the results were analyzed. Results There were cognitive differences between the medical staff and patients in the medical service, rights and obligation, medicine law, and other aspects. Conclusion The major reason of doctor-patient contradictions and disputes is the cognitive differences between medical staff and pa-tients,and therefore, we should take some measures to adjust the cognitive difference and prevent the doctor-patient contra-dictions and disputes.
