摘 要:目的了解天津海河流域水体中细菌抗消毒剂基因携带情况与大肠杆菌对季铵盐类消毒剂抗性水平,为季铵盐类消毒剂安全性评价提供依据。方法采用PCR技术和肉汤稀释法,对海河流域水样进行抗消毒剂基因检测与大肠杆菌对季铵盐类抗性水平进行研究。结果从海河流域8处水样中,均检出qacE、qacE△1和qacG基因,其中6处水样检出ydgE和ydgF基因,4处水样检出sugE(p)和emrE基因,所有水样中均未检出qacA/B基因。苯扎溴铵对海河水中细菌的MIC值和MBC值均≥90 mg/L,高于大肠杆菌标准株的60 mg/L。结论天津海河流域存在抗苯扎溴铵的细菌,细菌季铵盐类消毒剂抗性基因携带率较高。Objective To investigate the status of bacterial disinfectant resistance gene in the Haihe river basin of Tianjin and the resistance level of Escherichia coli to quaternary ammonium disinfectant. Methods PCR technology and broth dilu- tion method were used to detect the disinfectant resistant gene and the resistance of Escherichia coli to quaternary ammonium salt. Results QacE,qacE△1 and qacG genes were detected in all of the 8 water samples,ydgE and ydgF genes were de- tected in 6 samples,sugE (p)and emrE genes were detected in 4 samples, while qacA/B gene were not detected in all sam- ples. The MIC and MBC of the Haihe river water bacteria on Benzalkonium bromide were greater than 90 mg/L,higher than that of Escherichia coli standard strain 60 mg/L. Conclusion There are the bacteria resistant to benzalkonium bromide in the Haihe river basin of Tianjin. The carrying rates of quaternary ammonium disinfectant resistance genes are high.
