摘　　要：目的研究含氯消毒剂和过氧乙酸对内镜部件和金属的腐蚀性,为内镜消毒剂的选择提供参考。方法采用称重法和目测法,观察一种络合氯消毒剂对内镜部件和金属片的腐蚀性,并用过氧乙酸作平行比较。结果该络合氯消毒剂和过氧乙酸消毒剂使用液对手柄连接部、按钮、导光缆密封圈、弯曲橡皮、导光缆插入部、手柄、塑料管和插入管外套的失重值无明显差别。有效氯4 000 mg/L的该络合氯消毒剂对不锈钢、碳钢和铜为基本无腐蚀性,对铝具轻度腐蚀性;含量为2 643 mg/L某过氧乙酸消毒剂对不锈钢、碳钢基本无腐蚀,对铝、铜分别具轻度和重度腐蚀性。结论该络合氯消毒剂对内镜部件和四种金属片腐蚀性均比较低,其对金属的腐蚀性明显低于过氧乙酸消毒剂。Objective To compare the corrosivity effect for endoscopic parts and metal sheets of chlorine disinfectant with peraeetic acid disinfectant, and to provide reference for the choice of endoscopic disinfectant. Methods Weighing tech- nique and visual observation were used to observe the corrosivity for endoscopic parts and metal sheets of eomplexation of chlorine disinfectant. And the corrosivity of peracetie acid disinfectant was used as a comparison. Results The weightless- ness values of handle connection department, button, guide cable seal, bend rubber, guide cable insert, handle, plastic pipe, insert tube cover had no obvious difference after being immersed in complexation of chlorine disinfectant and peracetic acid disinfectant. The corrosion degree of the complexation of chlorine disinfectant （ available chlorine 4 000 mg/L） to stainless steel, carbon steel, copper and aluminum were non - corrosive, non - corrosive, non - corrosive and mild corrosive respctive- ly. The corrosion degree of peracetic acid disinfectant 2 643 mg/L to stainless steel, carbon steel, copper and aluminum were non - corrosive respctively, non - corrosive, severe corrosive and mild corrosive respectively. Conclusion The corrosivity for endoscopic parts and metal sheets of the complexation of chlorine disinfectant is low. Compared with peracetic acid disin- fectant, the corrosivity of metal sheets of chlorine disinfectant is the lower.
