摘 要:目的研究两种消毒剂对C57BL/6小鼠皮肤氧化损伤作用。方法以C57BL/6小鼠为模型,采用生化分析和PCR测定方法,对酸性氧化电位水(EOW)和过氧化氢对小鼠皮肤氧化损伤作用进行了观察。结果组织学HE染色观察发现,浓度为30 g/L过氧化氢消毒液作用1周后,小鼠背部皮肤增厚,其程度明显较EOW组和生理盐水组明显。过氧化氢作用后的小鼠背部皮肤组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性明显低于EOW组和生理盐水组,但过氧化氢组小鼠皮肤丙二醛(MDA)含量则高于EOW组和生理盐水组。结论 EOW连续作用1周对小鼠背部皮肤未产生明显氧化损伤作用,而30 g/L过氧化氢则使小鼠皮肤增厚且皮肤组织中SOD活性降低,MDA含量增高。Objective To observe the oxidative effects on skin tissue of C57BL/6 mouse of two disinfectants. Methods C57BL/6 mouse were used in the study as the experiment model to observe and measure the oxidative effect of Electrolyzed Oxidizing Water (EOW)and hydrogen peroxide( H202 )on skin tissue by biochemical analysis and RT- PCR. Results The H&E results showed that the epidermal thickness increased after been treated by 30 g/L H2O2 for one week, and the effect was obviously different with those of both EOW and NS ( normal saline). After been treated by H2O2 the enzyme activi- ties of SOD were considerably less than those of EOW and NS groups, whereas the content of MDA of H2O2 group was higher than those of EOW and NS groups. Conclusion These results indicate that EOW presents less oxidative damage when ap- plied on skin tissue for one week continuously. However, H2O2 of 30 g/L causes thickening of the epidermis decrease of SOD enzyme activities and increase of MDA of C57BL/6 mouse.
