摘 要:目的观察某过氧乙酸消毒性能,为实际使用提供科学依据。方法采用含量测试、定量杀菌试验、空气消毒模拟试验、现场试验和毒性试验,对该消毒液的稳定性、消毒效果、毒性进行判定。结果该消毒液过氧乙酸质量分数为16.03%,置37℃温箱储存90 d,有效成分含量下降2.18%。含100 mg/L过氧乙酸稀释液作用5 min,对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌杀灭对数值均大于5.00,该浓度下作用10 min,对木质桌面和织物上自然菌消除对数值均大于1.00;1 000 mg/L过氧乙酸作用30 min,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢悬液的杀灭对数值均大于5.00,该浓度按10 ml/m^3用量喷雾消毒后30 min,对空气中的白色葡萄球菌杀灭率大于99.90%、对空气中自然菌的消亡率大于90.0%。该过氧乙酸属于低毒类,其最高应用浓度5倍溶液(2.5%)属实际无毒类;小鼠急性吸入LC502 h大于10 000 mg/(kg·bw);小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验为阴性。结论该过氧乙酸性能稳定,对细菌、真菌和细菌芽孢有良好的杀灭效果。常用浓度属实际无毒,无致突变作用。Objective To observe the disinfection property of a certain peroxide peracetic acid disinfectant solution, so as to provide scientific basis for the practical application. Methods The stability, disinfection efficacy and toxicity of the dis- infectant solution were determined by content test, quantitative germicidal test, air disinfection simulation test,field test and toxicity test. Results The mass fraction of peracetic acid was 16.03%. When stored at a temperature of 37 ~C for a storage of 90 d, the content of the active component was decreased by 2.18%. The average killing logarithm values of Staphylococ- cus aureus and Escherichia coli exposed to peracetic acid dilution containing 100 mg/L for 5 min were greater than 5.00. The average killing logarithm values of natural bacteria on the wooden desktop and fabric exposed to peracetie acid dilution containing 100 mg/L for 10 min were greater than 1.00. That of Bacillus subtilis var. niger in suspension exposed to 1 000 mg/L peracetic acid for 30 min was greater than 5.00. With the concentration of 1 000 mg/L at a 10 ml/m3 dosage for 30 min spray disinfection,the killing rates of Staphylococcus albus and natural bacteria in the air were more than 99. 900/o and 90.0% respectively. The peracetic acid was low toxicity, and its highest concentration of 5 times solution (2.5%)was the actual non - toxic class. Acute inhalation of LC50 2 h was greater than 10 000 mg/( kg · bw) in mice. The micronucleus test of polychromatic erythrocytes in bone marrow of mice was negative. Conclusion The performance of the acetic acid is sta- ble, and it has good killing effect on fungi and bacteria. The commonly used concentration is actually non - toxic, no muta- genic effect.
