摘  要:目的观察山楂果核挥发油体内抗菌效果,为实际应用提供科学依据。方法采用稀释法对山楂果核挥发油细胞毒试验的安全浓度进行检测;建立小鼠体内感染模型,对该挥发油的50%有效抗菌浓度进行检测。结果4%(挥发油/100 ml)即浓度为80μg/ml及以下浓度的挥发油在观察期限内未出现细胞毒性反应;山楂果核挥发油对于金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌感染小鼠败血症有保护作用,半数有效浓度分别为15.4μg/ml、31.9μg/ml和35.1μg/ml。结论山楂果核提取物对试验菌株引起的体内感染均有较好的保护性,可以作为抗菌剂的参考组分。Objective To determine the effect of volatile oil from hawthorn fruit stone against bacteria in vivo, so as to pro- vide scientific evidence for practical application. Methods Safe concentration of volatile oil was measured by cytotoxicity test, and the 50% effective concentration of volatile oil from honeysuckle and hawthorn fruit stone was found by establish- ment of infection model of mice in vivo. Results Hawthorn fruit stone volatile oil at concentration of equal to or less than 80 μg/ml could not induce the cytotoxic reaction. The hawthorn fruit stone volatile oil had protective effect in mice septice- mia that caused by Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and the 50% effective concentration were 15.4 μg/ml,31.9 μg/ml and 35.1μg/ml,respectively. Conclusion Hawthorn fruit stone volatile oil has protective effect in vivo against the infection caused by testing strains, and it can be a kind of reference component of Chinese herbal disinfectant and lotion.
