汽化过氧化氢对医院老年病房环境消毒效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察汽化过氧化氢对病房终末消毒的效果,为临床实际消毒应用提供依据。方法采用棉拭子涂抹采样和细菌定量培养方法,使用某品牌汽化过氧化氢消毒装置对沈阳市某医院老年病房终末消毒效果进行观察。结果用浓度为80 g/L过氧化氢消毒液以10 ml/m^3用量,启动该消毒装置运行40 min。在消毒前后从该医院老年病房共采集不同消毒对象标本121份,以物体表面上检出自然菌菌数≤10 cfu/cm^2为合格,平均消毒效果合格率为90.1%。消毒后不合格的标本主要来自卫生间的墙面、地面、扶手和水龙头等。结论该汽化过氧化氢消毒装置对老年病房物体表面具有一定消毒效果。Objective To observe the effect of the vaporized hydrogen peroxide for ward terminal disinfection, so as to pro- vide the basis for disinfection of clinical practical application. Methods The cotton swab smear sampling and bacterial quantitative culture methods were used to observe the disinfection effects of a new kind of vaporized hydrogen peroxide dis- infection device for the geriatric ward of a hospital in Shenyang. Results With the concentration of 80 g/L and the dosage of 10 mL/m3 of the hydrogen peroxide,the disinfection device was started for running 40 rain. Before and after disinfection, 121 shares of specimen were collected from different disinfection objects in the senile ward of this hospital. The average dis- infection qualified rate was 90.1% with the standard of ≤10 cfu/cm2natural bacteria were detected in the objects surface. After disinfection, the unqualified specimen were mainly from toilet wall, ground, armrest and faucets, etc. Conclusion The disinfection device with the function of vaporizing hydrogen peroxide has certain disinfection effect on geriatric ward sur- faces.
