摘　　要：目的了解湛江市医院洁净手术室综合性能,为洁净手术室的运行和管理提供科学依据。方法采用仪器法和细菌培养法,对湛江市辖区12家医院43间洁净手术室的洁净度和微小气候及相关物理指标进行现场静态检测。结果湛江市医院Ⅴ-Ⅶ级洁净手术室空气中尘埃粒子数合格率分别为:77.8%、83.3.0%和86.4%,沉降菌合格率分别为66.7%、75.0%和86.4%。微小气候及相关物理指标:风速、换气次数、静压差、温度、相对湿度、噪声、照度的合格率依次为77.8%、88.2%、93.0%、88.4%、86.0%、82.5%和85.0%。经调查,洁净手术室的设施、运行、培训、制度和管理符合规范率依次为93.0%、83.7%、66.7%、83.7%和88.4%。结论湛江市医院部分洁净手术室综合性能的合格率偏低,应加强使用中洁净手术室的检测和管理。Objective To examine comprehensive properties of clean operational room, and to provide scientific evidence for running and management of clean operational room. Methods The methods of apparatus and bacterial culture were used to investigate the cleanliness ,microclimate and other relative physical indexes of 43 clean operational rooms in 12 hospitals in the jurisdictions of Zhanjiang. Results The qualified rates of amounts of air dust particles of clean operational rooms in level V - ＂~ of Zhanjiang were as follows：77.8%, 83.3%, 86.4%. The qualified rates of sedimentated bacteria were 66.7% ,75.0% ,86.4%. The qualified rates of mieroclimate and other relative physical indexes including air speed,times of transaired, static pressure difference, temperature, relative humidity, noisy and illuminance were 77. 8% , 88. 2% , 93.0% ,88.4% ,86.0% , 82.5% , 85.0%. And the qualified rates of faeilities, running, training, institution, management were 93.0% ,83.7% ,66.7% ,83.7% ,88.4%. Results The comprehensive qualified rates of clean operational rooms in the part of hospitals in Zhanjiang is comparatively lower. There are some problems in running and management. So we should enhance the examination and management of clean operational rooms in use.
