摘　　要：本文指出了传统封闭式热泵干燥装置存在的缺陷,分析了热泵干燥装置的改进型式,提出了一机双温型封闭式热泵干燥装置。作为新型装置,它能同时提供高温与常温两个干燥环境,较好的满足不同物品的干燥要求;能最大发挥热泵干燥装置的效率;它能简单地通过调节变频风机的转速控制常温干燥室的干燥温度;能满足一些物品对低于18℃的干燥温度的要求;能同时对两种物品进行干燥,或者同时对同一物品进行高温干燥与低温干燥;因此,在农副产品的干燥加工中具有良好的应用前景。The paper puts out the defects of the traditional closed type heat pump dryers, analyzes the improved types, and proposes the closed type drying equipment of the double temperature type. The new type drying equipment has high temperature and normal temperature drying chambers, meets drying requirement of the different materials better, and plays the maximum efficiency of heat pump dryers. It can control the temperature of the normal temperature drying chamber by regulating the speed of the frequency conversion fan simply, can meet the drying temperature requirement below 18℃ for some materials, and carry on drying simultaneously for tow items or the high temperature drying and low temperature drying simultaneously for same goods. So it has better application prospect in agricultural byproducts drying processing.
