摘 要:艾蒿是常见的草本植物,具有多重药效及保健功能,艾叶中所含的叶绿素也是一种常见的天然染料,广泛用于蛋白质纤维染色。细胞破壁技术是近年来兴起的一种超微粉剂加工技术,主要用于中药、食材等有效成分的提取;将该技术用于艾叶色素的提取并将获得的染液用于纤维素纤维染色,探讨了直接染色、预媒染色、同浴媒染和后媒染色四种不同染色方法的最适工艺及效果。结果表明,预媒染色法效果最佳,在优化工艺下,棉织物染色K/S值4.658,色差小,耐摩擦色牢度、耐皂洗色牢度及手感均在4级以上。Mugwort is a common herb with multiple efficacy and health care functions. The chlorophyll in the leaves of mugwort is also a common natural dye and being widely used in protein fiber dyeing currently. The cell wall breaking is a new processing technology of ultra-fine powder in recent years, and it is mainly used in the extraction of effective components from Chinese traditional medicine, food and so on. In this study, this technique was applied to the extraction of the pigment from the leaves of mugwort, which was used for the dyeing of cellulose fibers. The optimized technology and effect of four different dyeing methods were discussed, which were direct dyeing, pre-mordanting dyeing, the same bath dyeing and mordanting dyeing. The results showed that effect of pre-mordanting dyeing is the best, dyeing K/S value of 4.658 with little color difference, and rubbing fastness, washing fastness and handle are grade 4 or better under the optimized process.
