摘　　要：将喷头清洗出来的墨水进行回收,并对墨路中过滤器内回收墨水堵塞物成分进行扫描电镜及元素分析检测。针对存在问题,通过改进收集墨水系统来满足正常打印所需墨水的品质及回墨的有效利用率,以期降低墨水的应用成本。The ink cleaned out from nozzle was recycled, and the composition of ink blockage recycled from the filter was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and elemental analysis detection. According to the existing problems, the collection ink system was improved to meet the ink quality requirements for normal printing and the effective utilization rate of recycled ink, which was expected to reduce the application cost of the ink.
