果酸联合粉刺挤压术治疗寻常性痤疮的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨果酸联合粉刺挤压术治疗寻常性痤疮的疗效。方法选取106例寻常性痤疮患者，随机分为对照组与实验组，每组53例。对照组采取常规粉刺挤压术治疗，实验组在粉刺挤压术治疗的基础上行果酸治疗，两组治疗效果比较。结果实验组与对照组总有效率分别为92．45％、73．59％，痊愈率为67．92％、33．96％，实验组疗效明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对寻常性痤疮患者行果酸联合粉刺挤压术治疗，可提高临床效果。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of glycolic acid combined with acne extrusion in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods 106 cases of facial acne vulgaris were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, 53 cases in each group. The control group was treated with acne extrusion only, the experimental group was treated with glycolic acid combined with ache extrusion. The therapeutic effect was evaluated after treatment. Results The total efficiency of the experimental group and the control group were 92.45% and 73.59%, the cure rate were 67.92% and 33.96%, the therapeutic effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group, with statistically significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Glycolic acid combined with acne extrusion is effective for the treatment of acne vulgaris.
