64层螺旋CT三维容积重建对肋骨骨折的诊断价值分析

摘　　要：目的:分析64层螺旋CT三维容积重建对肋骨骨折的诊断价值。方法:选取我院于2014年5月-2016年10月诊治的102例(276处)肋骨骨折患者的资料,本组患者均行64层螺旋CT3DVR与普通X线片诊断,并将其诊断结果分别设为研究组与对照组,比较两组检测敏感度与特异性。结果:研究组敏感性与特异性均比对照组高;研究组骨折不同类型检查阳性率均比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:肋骨骨折行64层螺旋CT3DVR诊断较之普通X线片,可提高诊断准确性,可作为肋骨骨折临床诊断有效方案。Objective： To evaluate the diagnostic value of 64-slice spiral CT volume reconstruction in rib fractures. Methods： The data of 102 patients （276 cases） with rib fractures diagnosed in our hospital from May 2014 to October 2016 were analyzed. All the patients were diagnosed by 64-slice spiral CT3DVR and ordinary X-ray. The diagnostic results were the sensitivity and specificity of the two groups were compared between the study group and the control group. Results： The sensitivity and specificity of the study group were higher than those of the control group. The positive rate of different types of fractures in the study group was higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The diagnosis of rib fractures with 64-slice spiral CT3DVR is more accurate than that of conventional X-ray, which can be used as an effective method for clinical diagnosis of rib fractures.
