摘　　要：结合对FA506型细纱机进行改造,采用HZ-DC2A型断彩纱装置及原理,根据有色粘胶纤维、纽代尔(Newdal)纤维、薄荷纤维及棉纤维的特点和性能,开发出有色粘胶/纽代尔纤维/薄荷纤维/棉混纺紧密赛络断彩纱。通过生产实践和工艺实验,分析纤维性能、纺纱工艺等因素对混纺紧密赛络断彩竹节纱质量的影响,探讨了生产过程中所采用的工艺措施。This paper introduces the style characteristics of the tightly-knitted broken chopped slub yarn, combined with the modification of the FA506 type spinning frame, the HZ-DC2A type color yarn device and the principle, etc.. According to the colored viscose fiber, Newdal fiber, mint fiber and cotton characteristics and performance, it developed a colored viscose/Newdal fiber/mint fiber/cotton blended compact-siro spinning color slub yarn. The influence of fiber properties and spinning process on the quality of the slub yarns in the blended yarns was analyzed and the technological measures adopted in the production process were discussed.
