摘 要:转杯纺在毛纺领域是一种新的纺纱方式,开始被关注并得以开发新的纱线产品。文章分析了转杯纺在毛纺领域面临的挑战和优势,分析了R35转杯纺纺纱机的成纱原理及纺杯、分梳辊、阻捻头等纺纱工艺元件和工艺参数对成纱指标性能的影响,通过纱线和织物的微观结构及性能测试,分析了涤/毛混纺转杯纱内部纤维分布、包缠、加捻等特点,以及条干、强力、毛羽、抗起球等性能。结果表明:转杯纺涤/毛混纺纱与传统半精纺纱相比具有条干好、细节少、毛羽少、耐磨性和抗起球性能好的特点;纺杯涂层对积灰影响很大;转杯纺兼具流程短、产量高的优势,是粗支毛纺未来发展的方向之一。Rotor spinning as one new spinning method in woollen spinning zone, it is being focus on and applied in development of new yarn products, also faces challenge and has big advantage. It analyzed R35 rotor spinning machine spinning principle and influence of spinning components of rotor, opening roller, nozzle and technology parameters on yarn quality, analyzed blending yarn internal characteristics of fiber distribution, warping, twisting and performance of CV, strength, hairiness, pilling basic on yarn and fabric microstructure. Compared with semi-worsted, rotor blending spinning yarn showed good CV, less hairiness and thin, good wear-resisting and pilling performance. Dust accumulation is very sensitive to rotor coating for woollen spinning. Short process and high production are rotor spinning system outstanding advantage. Rotor spinning is one trend of coarse wool blending development.
