摘 要:采用生物酶脱胶方法对胡麻进行生物脱胶实验,由4个单因素:酶用量、酶处理温度、溶液p H值和处理时间,分别对胡麻纤维的残胶率和断裂强度的影响。通过正交试验设计,分别对这4个单因素进行测试。试验测试选用酶用量4%~8%(owf)、酶处理温度20~40℃、溶液p H值2.5~4.5、处理时间60~100 min。经过测试得出酶的用量对胡麻纤维的残胶率和断裂强度影响最大,酶处理温度对胡麻纤维的残胶率影响最小,溶液p H值对胡麻纤维的断裂强度影响最小。试验得出,4个单因素对胡麻纤维残胶率的影响关系是:酶用量>时间>p H值>温度。对胡麻纤维断裂强度的影响关系是:酶用量>时间>温度>p H值。由单因素实验和正交试验求得胡麻韧皮纤维生物酶脱胶的较优工艺参数组合为:酶用量8%(owf)、时间100 min、温度30℃、p H值4.5时,胡麻纤维的脱胶效果最好。This paper used enzymatic degumming process of flax degumming biological experiment consists of four single factors: the amount of enzyme, the enzyme treatment temperature, pH value and processing time, the impact on the residual gum content and breaking strength of flax fibers. Through orthogonal experimental design, each of these four single-factor was tested. Experimental testing purposes were the amount of enzyme 4% -8% (owf) , the temperature of the enzymatic treatment of 20 -40 ℃ , the pH value of 2.5 to 4.5, the processing time of 60 - 100 min. The results showed that the amount of enzyme derived the greatest impact, temperature of the enzyme treatment on residual gum content of flax fiber residual gum flax fiber and minimum breaking strength, pH value on the minimum breaking strength of flax fiber. Derived from the experimental data, four single factor flax fiber residual gum impact relationship was: enzyme dosage 〉 time 〉 pH value 〉 temperature. Flax fiber breakage strength of the relationship was: enzyme dosage 〉 time 〉 temperature 〉 pH value. By a single factor and orthogonal experiments,it obtained that flax bast fiber enzymatic degumming optimum process parameters were: the amount of enzyme was 8% (owf) , time was 100 min, temperature was 30 ℃ , pH value was 4.5, flax fiber degumming the effect was the best.
