摘 要:为了加速葡萄色素在羊毛染色中的应用进程,研究了染色工艺条件对葡萄色素直接染羊毛上染百分率的影响,分别以氯化镧、氯化铈、槟榔栲胶、硫酸铝为媒染剂,研究了媒染剂和媒染方法对葡萄色素染色羊毛的颜色特征值和色牢度的影响。结果表明:葡萄色素直接染羊毛的最佳染色工艺条件为:染色温度90℃,p H值4,染色时间40 min;4种媒染剂的最佳媒染染色方法均为后媒染色法,媒染剂影响染色羊毛的颜色特征值,媒染染色可提高染色羊毛的色牢度,丰富染色羊毛的色谱。In order to accelerate the application process of grape pigment in wool dyeing, the effects of direct dyeing conditions on dye uptake of dyed wool with grape pigment were studied, and the effects of mordant types and mordant dyeing methods on color feature and color fastness of dyed wool were researched with lanthanum chloride, cerium chloride, areca nut extract and aluminum sulfate as mordant, respectively. Results showed that the optimum dyeing process for the direct dyeing of wool was dyeing at 90 ℃ for 40 min with pH value of 4. The best dyeing process of four kinds of mordant was post- mordant dyeing, mordant can affect color feature of dyed wool, and mordant dyeing can improve the color fastness and enrich colors of dyed wool.
