摘 要:印染废水具有色度大、有机物含量高、成分复杂、排放量大等特点,是一种较难处理的工业废水。以聚丙烯酰胺和工业固体废弃物粉煤灰为原料,制备聚丙烯酰胺改性粉煤灰对印染废水进行处理,并研究改性粉煤灰的加入量、处理温度、处理时间以及p H值对印染废水处理效果的影响。实验结果表明:在p H值12的印染废水中,处理温度为40℃时,加入15 g/L的聚丙烯氨酰胺改性粉煤灰,吸附时间为60 min时,此时COD去除率为95%,SS去除率为93%,色度去除率为89.7%。The dyeing wastewater is a kind of industrial wastewater which is difficult to be treated because of its dark colority, high concentration of organic, complicated component and high emission. Polyacrylamide modified fly ash was synthesized from polyacrylamide and industrial solid waste fly ash. The effictiveuess of dyeing wastewater treated by polyacrylamide modified fly ash was investigated. The inputs of modified fly ash, treatment temperature, treatment time and pH value on treatment effect were investigated in detail. The experimental results showed that when the dyeing wastewater pH value was 12, the treatment temperature was d0 ℃ , the input of polyacrylamid modified fly ash was 15 g/L, the treatment time was 60 min, the COD removal rate can reach to 95% , the SS removal rate can reach to 93% and the color removal rate can reach to 89.7%.
