树脂整理后亚麻织物的服用性能分析

摘　　要：通过全自动物理/化学吸附仪、纺织品热阻和湿阻测试仪、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等测试方法对树脂整理前后的亚麻织物的服用性能进行了表征及分析。实验结果表明:经过改性DMDHEU树脂整理的亚麻织物相比于DMDHEU树脂整理的亚麻织物,表面光滑,孔径分布变得更加的集中、均匀,热阻更小、导热性能更加、穿着更为凉爽。改性DMDHEU树脂整理的亚麻织物的断裂强力有所下降,但并不影响织物正常的服用性能。由此可知,改性DMDHEU树脂整理后的亚麻布的综合服用性能优于DMDHEU树脂整理的亚麻布。In this study, the wearing properties of pure linen fabric and finished linen fabric were characterized and analyzed by the test methods of fully automatic physical/chemical adsorption instrument, textile thermal resistance and moisture resistance tester, X-ray diffraction （XRD） , scanning electron microscope （SEM） , etc. The experimental results showed that the surface was smooth, the pore size distribution became more uniform and concentrated, smaller thermal resistance and better thermal conductivity, wearing became more cool of linen fabric finished by modified DMDHEU resin, compared with linen fabric finished by DMDHEU resin. The breaking strength of the linen fabric finished by modified DMDHEU resin had declined, but it did not effect on the normal wearing properties of the fabric. These were signs that the comprehensive properties of the linen fabric finished by modified DMDHEU resin was better than the linen fabric finished by DMDHEU resin.
