摘　　要：[目的/意义]研究信息偶遇过程的影响因素,以期提高用户信息获取效率。[方法/过程]调研信息查询过程信息偶遇相关文献,分析信息用户、信息特征、信息环境对信息偶遇的影响,构建嵌入信息偶遇过程影响因素研究框架。从信息偶遇前、中、后3个阶段分析信息偶遇的发生与发展过程,阐述用户、信息、环境3个要素对信息偶遇的影响。[结果/结论]信息用户、信息特征、信息环境对信息偶遇的影响程度不同。强化用户信息偶遇意识,提高用户信息素养,优化相关检索界面将有利于提高信息偶遇概率,拓宽用户信息获取途径,提高用户信息获取效率。[Purpose/significance]The paper is to study influencing factors in the process of information encountering to improve user＇s information acquisition efficiency. [Method/process]The paper investigates relevant documents on information encountering in the process of information seeking, analyzes influence of information user, information characteristics and information environment on information encountering, and builds a research framework embedded with influencing factors in the process of information encountering. It analyzes the occurrence and development of information encountering from early, middle and late stages, and elaborates the influence of user, information and environment on information encountering. [Result/conclusion]Influences of information user, information characteristics and information environment on information encountering is different. It helps to improve probability of information encountering, broaden way of user＇s information acquisition and improve user＇s information acquisition efficiency by means of strengthening user＇s consciousness of information encountering, improving user＇s information literacy, and optimizing retrieval interface.
