摘  要:胰高血糖素样肽-1(glucagon-like peptide-1,GLP-1)受体激动剂作为新型2型糖尿病治疗药物,其对骨代谢的影响受到广泛关注。本文综述了GLP-1对骨代谢的影响及其潜在机制:增加骨密度和改善骨质量,并可能通过促进骨形成、抑制骨吸收和影响两者间的偶联机制而发挥作用。Glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonists are a novel type of drugs for type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), and its impact on bone metabolism has drawn great attention nowadays. This review reveals the impact and potential mechanism of GLP-1 on bone metabolism:GLP-1 enhances bone mineral density and improves bone quality and it may act on bone by promoting bone formation, inhibiting bone resorption and affecting the coupling mechanism of them in order to play its role in bone metabolism.
