摘　　要：网电空间已成为继陆、海、空、天之后又一新的作战领域。为在网电空间占领技术和战略高地,世界各国越来越重视网电空间领域的发展与建设,采取各种手段加强对网电空间的控制。从美国网电空间安全战略、网电空间作战指挥机构和网电空间作战武器装备三个方面阐述了美国网电空间作战现状与发展,对我国网电空间作战的发展具有一定的借鉴意义和启示。Cyber-electromagnetic space has become another new area of operations after land, sea, air and space. For getting the superiority of technology and stratagem, more and more atten- tions are paid to the development and construction in the cyber-electromagnetic space all over the world. And a variety of means are used to strengthen the control in cyber-electromagnetic space. The present situation and the development of cyber-electromagnetic space operation of USA are introduced from three aspects, they are cyber-electromagnetic space security strategy, combat command and weapon. Some suggestions and inspirations for our country to develop cy- ber-electromagnetic space operation are put forward.
