摘　　要：目的:了解骨水泥型人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折的临床效果。方法:对65例高龄股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折患者采用骨水泥型人工股骨头置换术治疗的临床资料展开回顾性分析。结果:病患均行人工股骨头置换术成功,治疗优良率高达90.76%。结论:采用骨水泥型人工股骨头置换术进行高龄股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折的治疗,成功率高,术后恢复效果佳,可降低术后并发症,改善生活质量。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of bone cement artificial femoral head replacement in the treatment of senile intertrochanteric comminuted fracture.Method： The clinical data of 65 Elderly Patients with comminuted intertrochantcric fracture were analyzed retrospectively.Result： All patients underwent artificial femoral head replacement successfully, the excellent and good rate was 90.76%.Conclusion： Bone cement artificial femoral head replacement for the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in elderly patients with high success rate, good recovery effect, can reduce postoperative complications, improve quality of life.
