“互联网+”思维下档案信息化建设模式探究

摘　　要：在2016年4月12日国家档案局印发的《全国档案事业发展"十三五"规划纲要》中,明确指出当前档案信息化与互联网利用已成为我国档案事业发展的趋势,怎样利用"互联网+"加快档案信息化建设进程成为档案人的首要任务之一。文章基于这一主题,结合"互联网+"特点以及互联网思维建设性地提出了"互联网+"思维,紧接着对档案信息化建设的内容进行了梳理,进而在"互联网+"思维下提出构建档案信息化建设模式的设想,旨在利用"互联网+"带动档案信息化建设,更好地推动我国档案事业的发展。On April 12th, 2016, The State Archives Bureau issued ＂the Outline of National Archives 13th Five-Year plan＂, which pointed out the archives informatization and Internet has become the trend of archives undertaking development in our country. How to use ＂Internet plus＂ to accelerate the process of archives informatization construction becomes one of the priorities of archivists. This paper, combined with features of the ＂Internet plus＂ and interact thinking, constructively puts forward the ＂Internet plus＂ thinking, Then it analyzes the contents of the archives informatization construction, and proposes the idea of the archives informatization construction pattern based on the ＂internet plus＂ thinking, aiming to use ＂Internet plus＂ to push archives informatization construction and promote the development of archives work.
