长江经济带沿江中小城市区域协调发展战略分析

摘　　要：长江经济带担负着中国全面进入小康社会的核心重任,而建设沿江中小城市群应该是未来长江经济带建设的主要侧重。对目前沿江中小城市的总体发展水平进行分析,指出其存在交通基础设施不完善、城市层级和产业分工不匹配等主要问题,并提出以长江为轴推进长江经济带中小城市群建设的战略设想和战略对策,旨为政府制定区域发展决策提供借鉴。The Yangtze River Economic Belt takes the core responsibility of overall entering into a well-off society in China. And the construction of small and medium city clusters along the Yangtze River should be the main focus of the construction of the Yangtze River Economic Belt. The overall development level of the small and medium cities along the Yangtze River is analyzed. Some major problems are pointed out, such as the transportation infrastructure is not perfect, and the urban levels and industrial division of labor do not match, etc. The strategic vision and strategic countermeasures of promoting the construction of small and medium cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt are proposed, so as to provide reference for government to formulate regional development decisions.
