摘　　要：为了使无线异构网络有效融合,给出一种基于乘积蕴涵算子R_π的Vague集相似度量算法H_W(x,y),将其表示式应用于多属性判决方法之中,从而得出一种基于H_W(x,y)的垂直切换算法。将所得算法应用到LTE和WLAN组成的无线异构网络模型中,仿真可得切换次数、服务质量和丢包率的评价指标值,与基于M_F(x,y)的异构网络垂直切换算法相比较,新算法可减少异构网络切换次数、提高用户服务质量,并减少丢包率。In order to make the heterogeneous wireless network have a effective fusion, a similarity meature algorithm Hw （x,y） between Vague sets based on product implication operator R~ is proposed, the formula of Hw（x,y） is applied to multi-attribute decision method, so as to obtain a new vertical handoff algorithm. By the given switching rules, and with the heterogeneous wireless network composed of LTE and WLAN, a simulation is used to evaluate the times of handoff, the quality of service, and the rate of packet loss. Compared with the vertical switching algorithm of heterogeneous network based on MF （x, y）, the new proposed vertical handoff algorithm can reduce the number of heterogeneous network handoff, improve the quality of service and reduce the rate of the packet loss.
