摘　　要：主要针对某数控机床加工过程中使用的一类以锥面配合方式装夹刀具的刀柄无专用拆卸刀装置所带来的数控加工过程刀具准备时间长、人工采用刀柄拉钉与地面撞击方式拆卸刀过程中存在的诸多不安全因素等弊端,设计制造了一种专门用于此类方式装夹刀具的刀柄拆卸刀装置,很好地解决了上述问题。In manufacturing process of a NC machine tool, a kind of tool shank with cone clamping and without special remove knife mechanism is used, causing long tool preparation time; and there are many unsafe factors in the artificial removal process by the way of the knife handle rivet impacting ground. To solve the above problems, a kind of special removing knife device used in such a manner of the handle knife device removal was designed.
