摘  要:旋压加工是一种高效的塑性材料成形方法,尤其对薄壁筒形件、圆盘零件具有明显的优势。采用旋压加工的方法对12Cr18Ni9不锈钢筒形件进行加工仿真,针对不同的旋压工艺参数设计不同的旋压仿真方案,得出不同参数下的旋压仿真结果及旋压工艺参数的影响规律。结合正交试验方法对旋压加工工艺参数进行优化,设计了三因素两水平正交表,编制了正交试验方案,并对试验结果进行了分析和处理,得出了主次因素和最优组合,旋轮工作角为20°、旋轮圆角半径为6mm、旋压进给率为1.5 mm/s时,壁厚差变化最小,可得到较好的旋压结果,为不锈钢筒形件的数控旋压加工工艺参数选择提供依据。Spinning is a highly effective manufacturing method for plastic materials, especially for thin wall cylinder and disc parts. The spinning method was used for the manufacturing simulation of stainless steel cylinder part, different simulation schemes were designed according to different technical parameters, and the simulation results were obtained. In addition, the optimization of technical parameters was done combining with orthogonal experimental method. It was a three factors and two levels experiment and variance method was used to analyze experimental results. The major factors and optimized combination were obtained, namely spinning wheel working angle was 20°, spinning wheel radius was 6 mm, feeding rate was 1.5 mm/s. It provides evidence for choosing the technical parameters in spinning manufacturing on stainless steel cylinder part.
