摘 要:压裂船的压裂作业是提高海洋油田产量的一项重要措施,连接压裂作业船管汇与海洋平台管汇的快速脱离装置在海洋压裂作业应急防护中起到至关重要的作用。目前我国在压裂作业中快速脱离装置控制系统设计与仿真分析方面的研究尚属空白。针对该研究现状,根据压裂船的工作原理设计了一套压裂船快速脱离装置的液压控制系统,并运用AMESim液压仿真软件建立快速脱离装置液压系统模型,对主油路正常与故障两种工作状态进行仿真分析。结果表明:该快速脱离装置可以在6 s内完成快速脱离,脱离过程准确度高、平稳性好。The fracturing operation of fracturing ship is an important measure to improve the production of marine oil field. The fast separation device, which is designed to connect the manifold of fracturing ship and the manifold of offshore platform, plays a crucial role in emergency protection of marine fracturing operation. At present, international study on design and simulation analysis of the fast separation device control system in the process of fracturing operation is still a blank field. In the light of the above research situation, the hydraulic control system of fast separation device applied to the fracturing ship was designed on the basis of the operational principle of fracturing ship. Hydraulic system model of the fast separation device was built in AMESim hydraulic simulation software and the simulation analyses of main oil way at normal condition and fault condition were completed. The results show that the fast separation device can finish fast separation in 6 s with the process of high accuracy and good stability.
